Make everyday a training day

In life we have to stay fit and keep in shape, else the simplest tasks become a challenge. Even walking can become an issue if we’re not careful.

I wasn’t planning on doing much today but so far just to get something in I’ve done 30 pushups and a minute dead hang, which got me thinking, the dead hang is quite a good way to test stamina, endurance, grip strength and arm strength. I can feel it work’s basically my whole lat line and you get a great stretch and decompression, it’s very beneficial.

I’m still planning to get in a few more pushups later to get closer to 100, yesterday I managed 70 for the whole day, which isn’t bad I don’t think. Broken up into 3 sets of 20 and a 10 just before bed. But now today I’ve already done 30 so im planning 3 sets of 30.
