Intense home workout

I love working out at home. And I go hard at home, like today, I’ve just finished my workout and am breathless. I don’t do the same variety as if I went in to my gym, but I’m breathing hard and sweating profusely anyway.

Today I didn’t do the 10 minute cycle I normally do but hopped straight into:

50 sit-ups

50 crunches

40 bicycle crunches

Flipped over, did 30 push ups

Followed by 40 second plank

Onto the bench

Did 25 bicep curls with 10kg dumb bell

25 bar bell lifts with 20 kg bar

Then 25 weighted squats with the same bar

And so concludes my average home workout.

For me, I’m sweating enough and breathing hard so I know it did something which is what I aim for everyday.
