I don’t know why but I love getting my step count up as high as what I can.
Take today for example, today was a fairly chilled day, didn’t go to gym today, so brought gym to me and did like a whole bunch of exercises at home.and until about 3pm I had only done a measly 3000 odd steps.
Then…. My brother had a remembrance parade he played pipes for and my step count shot up to 8600 for the day. Yes not the most but a fair few for the day, my feet are sore for the day so I know it was a good day. I actually felt a little guilty earlier when I thought I wasn’t gonna do that many steps, but I ended up doing what I think is a good amount.
