Things are moving & changing

I haven’t written in this blog for a long time now unfortunately due to being busy with other things, you know how life gets. This is the first time I’m really setting aside time for the blog.

What’s changed?

Glad you asked, well I’ve moved over a thousand kilometres to a new house and I’m starting the process all over again from scratch.

I’m planning on opening a guest house here on the KZN south coast, where I live now, and yes I am still keeping up with my fitness journey, although taking a bit of a step back from cardio related things and have decided to focus more on a bit of weight training type of exercises.

I want to join a gym here eventually (even though I have my own at home), there is a sense of community and friendship in a gym, more so in a public gym that the gym I was in.

Weight wise, because I had a month or two of not being able to gym at all I have gained a little weight but hopefully will lose it soon with constant training and a better diet, a person’s exercise routine is important, but it only really works with the correct diet.

So here’s to new beginnings (for me at least) and as always, we gotta stay fit.
