It’s been a while since I last updated here
Don’t worry, I’m still doing exercises at home, almost every day, mostly weight stuff but I’m at least exercising.
I’ve just been having a hectic schedule to update regularly, but still doing and finding time to throw in a few exercises throughout the day
So far I’ve only been able to get in a few single leg squats and normal deep squats (body weight), that’s only so far today, but I still plan to do some weight stiffness later on.
I’m planning to go do some body weight dips, bicep curls, lat raises, concentration curls. Maybe I’ll throw in a few RDL’s.
I do try keep up with exercises and ho,e gym but with a fairly hectic schedule doing normal everyday life, it occasionally gets a little difficult to be as consistent as I’d wanna be
I think that’s the key to staying active and fit, consistency is key. It can be and often is but a little bit of work throughout the day, here ‘n there does make a lot of difference.
