And what a tough one it was!
Lots of heavy weights and sweat today.
Started with th bicycle for warm up as usually, but today I pushed it so my legs were burning, a good cardio session to start.
Then it’s onto the bed for some stretching and core work, sit ups, “crunch’n’fetch with a big heavy 15kg ball, then onto dumb bell presses with 15kg dumb bells (that’s quite a hectic workout for me).
Then I went onto the bench press where I didn’t go as heavy as usual, instead I only loaded 32kg and went for reps, especially for my forearm pump.
One of my favourite exercises to do is the one I hear a lot of hate for and that’s the rowing machine, I enjoy that it works the whole body, I generally do 4 minutes and 50 calories, on days I really push it I can manage 60 calories, but that’s pushing it.
Overall not a bad session, but now I’m back home and sitting under a fan where it’s cool and I’m comfortable.
