Had the Friday morning exercise session and it was a tough one again.
I have Theo’s thing where I’ve been really pushing myself more and more, for 2 reasons, to get stronger and also just for my fitness.
Like today, apart from my usual warm up I also lifted heavy on dumb bell presses, I did 20 with a 12.5kg, then sort of a superset onto the bench press (technically a smith press) with 52kg and I did 20 reps of that.
Now I can safely say my arms are tired cause I also did concentration curls and other heavy set exercises (I can’t remember them)
It was a fun session for a Friday morning
