Well that was an intense session

Just got back from gym and my word, I gave myself an intense session today

I really pumped it on the bicycle for warm up, more than I normally do.

Then I really pushed myself with the sit-ups, crunches, ball fetches.

It was pretty tough. But I didn’t stop there, I went straight into 12.5kg dumb bell presses, then straight onto bar bench bench press, superset with pull-ups, 30 of each for 2 sets. at 30kg.

Then I did incline sit-ups with a bar bell (no weight)

Straight into the rowing machine.

My muscles are burning, especially my arms from all the heavy weights.

But it was a great session, and thinking about it now, I can really see how much stronger I’ve got over the time

We keep getting stronger and improving.

That’s why I do some exercises everyday at home and go to gym3 times a week

I want to get stronger and improve.
