You’ll have noticed I haven’t posted about the past month, reason is I’ve been working really quite hard on the renovation to a spare house, for rental, and when I’m not working on it I’m doing other work and don’t feel like posting.
That being said I am still keeping up sworn home workouts and home gym like today, I did a fairly intense arm workout, due to my injury in June (another reason posts have been less frequent), I’ve been working mostly upper body. Today I had an intense but short session,
I did only 10 reps of
Bicep curl (concentration curl), hammer curl, tricep dips, assisted pull ups & push ups. All supersets straight after each other. So my arms are quite pumped. But I feel good.
I’ve also been watching and researching a lot on exercises and weightlifting.
So I feel that’s also helped a bit in my overall development and rehabilitation.
But I just sat down and figured I’d give a minor update.
