I have taken some time off going in to gym to do some work at the house, I’m helping to renovate another house to rent it out, hence why I haven’t posted. But I was back at the gym this week.
Most of my gym sessions start the same with warm up and then stretching. Today however, I decided to go for my weigh in since it had been a while and I am very happy that I’m down to 80kgs, so all the eating correctly (mostly protein) and exercise has actually paid off.
Today’s session was quite intense with rowing, and benching 50 kilos for about 30 reps.
I really do enjoy working out and it’s very beneficial to a persons health.
