Sorry for not posting lately, I feel I just needed a break
I’ve still been quite active, like I had a great session at gym this morning.
I specifically did a lot of upper body and arm stuff which I don’t normally do.
But over the weekend I move my grandparents into the flat we’ve been building, moving them over was quite tough and I did a lot of walking, which is great for fitness and strength building, that’s been my target for most of this year, I’m trying to build more strength, which is going quite well.
Not that I’m weak, but it’s still good to build strength and get stronger.
Today at gym I had the usual 10 minute warm up on the bike to get the muscles going, then went onto stretching and such, core work, then onto cable machine, the reformer and treadmill.
It’s quite amazing how fast 60 minutes goes by when training at gym.
Also a good thing is that having a good relationship with your trainer is always beneficial, and the man doing my training is the same age as me so I can relate to him.
