Had a fun session today at gym, really worked hard and body was/is tired but it feels so good to know I’ve done something to improve myself
Even though I kinda hurt my leg again yesterday, because my hamstring is tight and I’ve pulled it, running isn’t really a clever thing, and yesterday while repairing a geyser I had to quickly run to turn off a pump, which subsequently hurt the hamstring again.
So now that gym is done for the day I’m just planning to rest and stay off it so I’m not weight bearing on the muscle, I need to isolate it so it has time to heal correctly. Again.
Just thinking about it, I’ve really had some major improvements on my weight loss and maintenance, I’ve been on a higher protein diet for a while now and that’s really helped with my muscle gain, which is good as muscle requires more calories to even maintain, and w3 all like burning calories.
That’s why I’m pumping out the pushups and that, as well as doing exercises that don’t require my legs. But I’m trying to build more muscle and I can feel I have which is to plan.
