Getting back into gym

Soft of a normal gym session today

Started with the usual warm up on the bike then went to the bed for stretching, but because of my hamstring that’s overworked, couldn’t really stretch the left leg

I also did work like laying on my stomach and pulling back against an elastic band, to work the legs so I can build the muscle up correctly

All other work I did wasn’t really repetitive so I went into a bosu squat and held it or on the reformer I elevated my hips and held that in place to work the hamstrings

So a short update but I am nursing a slight injury
