I had an issue logging in and I’ve been quite busy with doing stuff around the house, such as building and such. So haven’t really been going into gym exactly, but have been doing my work at home, so keeping my fitness up
But I’ve been working a little too hard it seems
About a month, maybe even 2 back I hurt myself, which I figured was just a pulled muscle
Today I asked my biokineticist about it and apparently it’s much worse, I can’t remember exactly the word, basically my hamstring is overworked, from bending over so much and mixing wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow of cement for the building.
So now I’ve sort of put myself on bed rest for a while to see how I feel. The downside about that is I’m forcing myself to be less active with intense work that involves bending and such, due the where it is, at the head of the hamstring into the glute, I need to isolate it as much as possible, so no squatting and even walking .
It’ll kill me to not do lots of work for a but but I’m more focused on my long term safety, and if it means resting, then I will rest
