Monday gym session done

Damn I had a good gym session today.

As usual my warm up on the cycle for 10 minutes then onto stretches and my regular 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, 50 heel taps, and crunch’n’fetch with the 15kg ball

Then 20 dips and onto the actual workout.

Started with 20 slams with 10kg, then the assault bike (weird name), I did 400m in as quick as possible which ended up 56 seconds, then back at 20 slams, then the bike again 400m but this time in 48 seconds which is good.

The next exercise was the rower where I did 1000m in 4:36 (not my best time at all but not bad)

Then some bench presses and tricep work after calf raises.

So was a pretty good workout session that got the blood flowing which is the main thing that I personally wanna do is get the blood flowing so I can keep relatively fit and maybe even get more fit.

I need it after my accident, to stay active and continue to move in life, so I always challenge myself. And it’s not like I do nothing at home either cause on Sunday (yesterday) I helped my father and bro cut a hole on the wall to put a window in on the flat were busy renovating.

So I have to stay physically fit and active.
