Friday gym session done

Just had my actual gym session, I didn’t go in on Wednesday to the gym but I’m not very worried cause I have my home gym that gives me a good workout session

But today, because I didn’t go on Wednesday, I really pushed myself. So after warm up on the bike, had my usu a 50/50/50 (sit ups, crunches heel taps), then onto the crunch’n’fetch with a 15kg ball which always gets me after 20 of those.

While waiting for the treadmill (it was occupied obviously) I hit the smith machine where I did 30 reps of 35kg’s, that was tough, but I’ve also decided to start doing some forearm wrk on the smith so I drop the weight to 10kg and only lift my forearms.

Lifting weight is fun but it really gets my arm pumped up which can be a slightly painful problem, cause of my brain injury, I have tone in the whole right side if my body, so my brain pumps my muscles up but forgets to drain it, so it gets painful after a while.

But I love my workout and it’s really helped me, I’ve always had a slight issue with my metabolism and weight, and because, for a while now I’ve decided to put myself on a high intensely, high protein diet. My weight is getting better, I’m physically looking the best I’ve ever looked, and my body is the healthiest it’s been.

So everyone should be on a high protein diet & a fairly high intensity training routine, it really helps. Or at least lift weights.

Due to our quite sedentary lobes we live in this modern world we all should try move more and exercise however we can.
