Home workouts for the win

I just finished a home workout routine, usually Wednesday’s i go into the gym, but decided to stay home today.

Well I had a really great home routine, and I noticed something, at home I’m able to fit in more work in a shorter time. Not sure why, but I just managed to squeeze in about a 30-40 minute workout in about 20 minutes. I have a theory, I think it’s for one, I don’t talk as much, and also I don’t have access to all the same equipment.

But at home I did manage my 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, 50 heel taps. Then I flipped over and did 30 push ups and a minutes plank (which always gets me, that’s one of my favourite exercises)

Then I hopped on the bench and did 20 bench presses wish 20 kg on the barbell and I did 20 dumb bell presses (same weight)

Hopping off the bench I did some squats and single leg squats.

So all in all not a bad home gym workout, and I’m feeling tired after all those weights on the bench, so I know I’ve worked out.
