Back in the gym this week

Last week I took off due to my family was doing some construction at home and I had to help cart things around, push wheelbarrows, mix cement. Usual construction stuff.

But this week I was back in the gym for an intense, sweat filled session.

I also decided to push myself a little and did 50 of most things, like sit-ups and crunches, bicycle crunches, heel taps.

Had some wall squats which always gets the legs going and the arm ergo for that bicep pump.also had some cable rows with about a 20kg weight (I think).

Had a bit of a misinterpretation at the treadmill today. I set it at 8kmph and then the trainer bumped it up to a steep incline of 16 degrees. I nearly ended up eating the treadmill, but all in all was a good run after I got everything going correctly.

I think because I had a week of not doing gym, but rather construction work, I felt it more than usual. It was a fun workout though. I always enjoy my sessions.
