Had quite an intense gym session this morning but was so fun. My whole body is now tired and sore but I feel good
Started with 10 minutes warm up on the bike (as usual) but I decided to really push myself and rode hard, I do 10, 60 second intervals, so I really cycled hard for 10, 60 second reps. By the end of the 10 minutes I was quite sweaty.
Then was onto the stretches and 50 sit ups, 50 crunches! Heel taps, bicycle crunches, and crunch’n’fetch, I do that with a 15 kilo ball so only really do 10-15 reps of that.
Then I went onto the reformer which was again, quite hard with all the springs on and there are 2 reformers at the gym, an easy one and a not so easy one. I went on the not so easy one. After 30-heels, 30 toes (actually it’s more pads of the foot), wide and narrow stance. So n all it’s 120 reps which really gets the legs pumped.
I also did 3 mins on the ski ergo after that which wasn’t too fun.
Then ended on the treadmill for 3 minutes at 16 degree incline at 5kph
I downed a litre of water which doesn’t always happen.
At last got home and had breakfast
