Gym while injured

I couldn’t get to go to gym today as yesterday I decided to injure myself. I slipped off the step at my house and skinned the back of my heel so couldn’t put shoes on & barely slept.

But I didn’t let a bit of injury stop me, although I am unable to put on a pair of shoes, so didn’t go to gym. I luckily have most of the equipment at home so did a home workout routine.

I mostly did the same as yesterday, the 50 sit ups, crunches, push ups, lunges, squats, DB press, DB flies, weighted bar bell squats.

Even though I didn’t get to go into gym to exercise, I can’t let that stop me. So brought the gym to me.
