This morning was a really good session that I really did sweat a lot .
After my usual 10min warm up session on the bike, followed by my stretching and “bed work”(sit ups, crunches, “crunch’n’fetch” and heel touches) which is a fairly good workout in itself.
I had a new one which really works the inner thighs (if I remember that muscle is called “abducter”), it was me laying on the reformer with my legs strapped into the ropes and I have to make circles rotating clockwise, the counter-clockwise, and I had to slowly drop them which in turn moved me.
That was a great leg workout.
But it didn’t end there, oh no. I then moved onto the rowing machine where I will admit I didn’t post the best time, only 920m in 4min and 64 calories. My best time was something like 1300m in 4min, yeah I was tired today, didn’t feel like it.
Then I did plank for a while and the treadmill for 8 minutes at 4’ incline at 5.5km/h
I was really sweating after todays session which tells me I actually had some good work in.
