Well well well, it was intense as usual. So I naturally enjoyed it. Had a great sweat session.
Im really enjoying blogging about my daily gym workouts, it keeps me motivated, cause I need to work out so I can share it with you. I’m no quitter.
Today at gym started with the usual 10 minutes warm up on the cycle then onto stretching, 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, 30 bicycle crunches.
Then I began to do the more heavy stuff like I always use a 15kg ball to do crunch’n’fetch (hold legs at 90’ at crunch up with the the ball, place on legs and repeat), I think I did about 20 of those cause it’s bratty hectic.
Dips.
Then standing (I think it’s called) tandem, I lunged down, picked up a 20kg kettle bell, stood, lunged down, let go, stood, then repeated. I did that 20 X per leg.
Then on to crunch’n’throw. Basically crunching while throwing a ball at the wall, I did that 20 X
Then onto probably my favourite, because it makes me so damn tired. The rowing machine, I did 3 minutes on the rower.
Then onto ski-ergo for 1km which doesn’t sound a lot but it is actually quite tiring.
Then I had the reformer, 20 wide heels, 20 wide toes! 20 narrow heels, 20 narrow toes.
A great session that made me sweat and got the heart going.
