I’ve been doing daily gym sessions for a few months now, actually basically since I started this blog. I use this blog to help keep me motivated to make sure I gym and exercise daily.
Hey look I have done lots of regular workouts a few times a week for a decade or more, but that was more rehab than actually exercising.
Like todays session, from about 9:15 – 10:00
Started with some stretches with the Thera-band then onto my usual 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, 30 bicycle crunches (for the lateral lines).
Then flipped over and pushed out 30 push ups (for the biceps and back)
Then I held a plank for a minute (I just count out in my head and by second 45 I was shaking and ready to give in, but pushed to 60)
After the plank I went to the bench where I threw out 20 db presses @ 10kg
Then bench press @ 20kg (30 reps)
Then some weighted squats
So all in a fairly good lil morning workout session.
Now I do that daily with some alterations here and there.
We gotta stay active and fit. Right?
