Hectic gym session, again

How does that saying go, “train insane, or remain the same”. I like that saying, it’s very apt and I do enjoy training insane so I do not remain the same.

Like this morning, my gym session was quite hectic.

Started off as usual,. Cycle for warm up (just to get the heart rate up a little and get the blood flowing), then onto stretches and sit-ups (50)

20 – leg raises

50 – crunches

30 – tricep dips

50 – bicycle crunches

Then I started by doing 50 reps on the bench at 30kg

Then onto wall squats (can’t remember how many but 50 sound right)

Then the dreaded reformer, single leg, heel and toe

So 30 left heel, 30 right heel, 30 L pad, 30 R pad

Then onto the lovely (I’m being sarcastic) treadmill for a bit (5 minutes at 5.5kp/h and 3 degree incline)

Then lastly I had 747’s on the bozu ball.

Done.

Was a very good, sweat enducing session.
