I love it.
I love the feeling of working out hard and getting that sweat out as a reward for the hard work.
That’s how you know you’ve worked hard, if you’re sweating or not. No sweat = haven’t worked out hard enough.
And my session earlier today was a really great sweat sesh.
I find that the treadmill (set at 5.5km/h at an incline) is a great way to get the blood flowing for me, it may not seem that fast but I do it for 8 minutes or so, and that’s where it’s tiring is it’s a sustained load at a decent effort. A great way to build muscle.
I changed it up on the ski-ergo today, 30 seconds on at high rate, then30 seconds wall squat and throw. That gets you.
But over all was very fun. I always have a good time at gym, always a great sweat sesh.
