Body changes

That’s the most addictive part about exercising, the changes in your body. Once you see the improvement, you want more, and more.

For instance, I can notice my body improvement over the past 5 months, I was just slightly overweight, but now my BMI is in the good range, and I’ve become so much fitter and stronger.

So on top of getting fit I’m getting leaner which is always a good thing.

The best part about being fit and lean is the way people look at you, especially those that haven’t seen you for a while, they’re so surprised when they see the work and effort you’ve put in. And respect, people tend to have more respect for a fit man than an overweight man.

It makes a man proud when people look at you at see a man who isn’t afraid of hard work, and putting in effort to see results.

Yes there’s all sorts of things like diet and that which plays a big part, but at the end of the day it’s about the work and effort you put in.

Like earlier, I’m busy cleaning the house to stop and do some weights on the bench, only 20 reps of 10kg (22lbs) (per arm).

Lifting weights is probably the best thing to see how the body develops. Lifting weights is good for increasing blood flow which is basically like cardio, but lifting also helps blood flow into the muscles (muscle-hypertrophy). So you have increased overload with is what the body needs to grow stronger.

I love doing a little work everyday, to improve myself just that little bit each day.
