Intense gym sesh done ‘n dusted

Had an intense session at gym today was really a great workout. Really am quite tired and sore now.

Just a short time to relax and then onto work.

My session started as all the others. 10 minutes cycle then warm up off

50 sit-ups

Bicycle crunches

Heel touches

Leg raises

Crunches

But then the real work started.

Had to balance on a bozu ball whist doing a squat and lifting a medicine ball above my head. Had to do 20 of those.

After I had to do the orbi-trax, I did 5 minutes of 20 seconds fast, 10 slow. For 5 minutes.

Then to the smith machine where I did 30 pull ups (in the bench press position), then onto 30 bench presses.

Then I had to do a minute plank (which sucks, but I enjoy it)

Hey what do you know, we started that again.

Orbi, bench, bozu-lifts, plank.

Finally I’m done, and am I finished.

That was a great full body intense workout.

For an hours work, I’m very tired.
