Great workout sesh @ home

Today I didn’t go to the gym disappointingly, so decided to bring gym to me,

I have a home gym which I often put to use, like today, I started on the mat with:

50 -sit-ups

30 -crunches

50 -bicycle crunches

50 -Russian twist

Then I flipped over and did:

25 push ups

Plank for 60 seconds (+-)

Then it was onto the bench where I did:

50 leg raises

20 dub-bell presses (10kg per hand)

20 bench-press (20kgj

Then I used the bar bell to do some weighted squats (20)

I threw in 20 deadlifts with the bar bell

Then I did more body weight squats

Body weight lunges

By now I was quite thirsty and about an hour had gone by so called it quits for today.

Seen as it’s Friday, I don’t think I have much planned for the weekend in terms of exercising.

So till Monday.
