Rest day (plus positive progress)

I’m taking today as a needed rest day, I’ve been going hard lately and 1, I can see the results of working hard, but yesterday I really went hard. I had an arm day at gym which really gets to me cause I have tone in my right arm (basically my brain tells the muscle to get bigger and doesn’t know when to stop) so I’m taking a bit of a rest day to let my arm relax a little.

I’ll probably do some core work and leg work, but definitely not doing any upper body or arm stuff. My right arm needs a bit of a break.

But that being said, I’ve been loving all the gym I’ve been doing lately and always want some more. Even though it’s tiring, it’s addictive. The more I get, the more I want.

Rom a boy who didn’t have any core control a decade ago (after my accident) to a man who’s core is one of my strongest asset’s. Yeah sure still not perfect and not where i want it but it’s one of my strongest parts and I’m happy with the progress and where I am.
