Eat a healthy anti-inflammatory diet
Avoid oils high in omega-6 fats
Maintain a healthy weight
Reduce stress with breathing
exercises
Get a good night’s sleep
Spend time outdoors and with friends and family
And most Importantly get the correct amount of movement into your day.
Work out where possible.even if just a little. Might not be ideal amount but at least it’s a start to a healthier lifestyle.
I do gym and exercise everyday and I must admit I am exited to get my exercise in for the day.
I haven’t done my home gym routine yet and I’m so anxious to begin it, I can’t wait for this evening. Although I gym everyday, my family has finally decided to join me but I said I’ll wait to gym with them. So I wait with anticipation
