Tough gym session

Whoa today’s gym sesh was a good one. Very tough on the body.

But I do feel great.

As usual, started on the bike for 10 minutes as a little cardio warm up. Although I really did pump it today.

Then had a bit of quiet stretches, but really felt it as I did about 12000 steps yesterday, it was moving day, where we moved one room to another (don’t ask).

After that , my usual sit ups (50), crunches (30), leg raises (20), crunch’n’fetch (20 w/ 15kg ball)

Then I did dips (40)

Then I did the ski ergo which emulates skiing, but it has resistance, so was like I was skiing up hill (which ain’t fun). I did that for about 1500m.

Then it was onto the arm ergo machine which is akin to a cycle but only with your arms. Let me tell you, that really works. Especially when I do about 4 minutes at full (or high) resistance.

Then did some 747’s (where I go single leg and touch my toe.

Then it was onto the reformer for single leg, again with heavy springs set. The problem with the reformer is its isolation of the legs, so my leg was shaking much better after.

Only had the plank for about a minute and then I was finished.

This all took me just under an hour but I am absolutely finished.

Happy gym to the people actually going for it.
