Todays another rest day

Rest days are important so as to not burn yourself out. Going hard every day may not be the best idea.

I go to the gym Mondays, Wednesday’s, and Fridays where I definitely go hard. So Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are definitely needed for some recovery.

I can’t really remember what exercise I did exactly yesterday that made my glutes sore today, but whoowy does my ass hurt (that just came out wrong).

Anyway, here’s a simple routine to give a sort of full body trading:

Start off with some warm up so let’s do,

30 -sit ups

30 bicycle kicks

30 heel touches

25 weighted crunches with a dumb bell

25 skull crushers (for the forearms)

25 bicep curls per arm

30 squats

30 lunges -per leg

30 push ups (for the arms)

30 deadlifts to finish the set off.

That’s what I’ll try do today.

Notice I said “try”, well that’s the routine I’ve laid out in my head but it’s not a big deal if I don’t finish everything.

I always say, as long as I’m moving and doing something, I’m winning.

Oh yes, step count.

Yesterday I finished off the day with 8500 steps which is not bad at all.
