10K steps most days

I’m so happy that I set a target to reach 10K steps a day, and what’s even better is more if ten than not I achieve my goal.

Yes to some 10K might not be the most (personality I don’t think it’s bad at all), but considering I’ve had to teach myself how to walk again after my accident, 10K isn’t too bad.

Like I gotta say, when I just got out the wheelchair all those years ago, I was fairly weak and could hardly achieve 1, or 2 thousand, but over the years, as I go through strength training and build muscle, I’ve become quite a bit stronger and now 10k is fairly easy to do.

My next goal is 20K, as I often reach 10 and even surpass it, quite frequently.

But the main point is to remind myself, and hopefully whoever reads this, that every little but helps. Every step counts toward your goal.
