Official rest day

Well today is an official rest day. Not that I went to gym yesterday but that’s ok, I still worked out to a degree.

Yesterday I did some dead-lifts, bicep curls, crunches, sit ups and I got in about 7200 steps. Not bad for a day off.

Nothing beats the feeling of really working those muscles and going to get a good workout in at the gym. But some home workout still counts.

I need to start writing out some home workout routines so I can help some people who don’t really know what to do.

My home workout routine is basically:

50 sit-ups

25 crunches

40 bicycle kicks

25 lunges

25 squats

30 push-ups

Hold a plank for 1 min

Then I have a break

Go do some dead-lifts and bicep curls (20)

Then that’s pretty much my home routine.
