Todays another rest day
Rest days are important so as to not burn yourself out. Going hard every day may not be the best idea. I go to the gym Mondays, Wednesday’s, and Fridays where I definitely go hard. So Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are definitely needed for some recovery. I can’t really remember what exercise I did exactly yesterday…
