I love doing an intense session during the week, especially on a Monday after a weekend. Ok the weekend I had wasn’t exactly light work when I spent it working on an old Land Rover, lifting heavy body parts and trying to get very rusted bolts undone.
But today’s exercise was a good tough session, like normal I started with a 10 minute cycle then stretching and 50 sit ups, crunches, leg raises, crunch’n fetch, dips
Then I started on the rower, which I love cause it works everywhere on your body, today I especially felt it in my glutes. My ass was on fire (lol)
Held a plank after fir about 80 seconds or so followed my 20 push ups (just for fun)
I did 7 minutes on the treadmill at 5.5 and the guy training me set the incline to 20 degrees, that’s insane so I only did a minute and a half at then incline, then dropped it to 15 for a minute and a half, then 12 for a minute, then 8. Ok I bowed out at this point, I was tired.
I finished off with a few goblet squats and I am very much tired
This was a pretty tough session.
